THE SHORTLIST

Ten vetted people, not a hundred CVs.

Every brief gets ten candidates from our pool, each with a short note on why they fit. Enough choice to compare, few enough to actually read.

Matched, not searched

We score everyone in the pool against your must-haves, seniority, sector, budget and start date, then a person checks the top of the list before it reaches you.

Anonymised until you both say yes

You see skills, experience, expectations and availability. Names and CVs are shared once you and the candidate agree to talk.

Feedback sharpens the next ten

Pass on someone and tell us why. If the first ten miss, the next set is built from what you told us.

PRICING

Pay once. Only when you hire.

No retainer, no subscription, no monthly margin. When someone starts, we invoice one fee.

10% of the agreed fee

For a permanent hire, 10% of the agreed salary. For a contractor, 10% of the agreed contract value. One invoice, payable on hire.

They work for you

Your hire signs with you directly, as your employee or your contractor. No ongoing margin, no middleman in the relationship.

Terms before candidates

You sign simple terms before we send the ten, so everyone knows where they stand from the start.

GUARANTEE

Four weeks of cover.

If your hire leaves or it is not working within 28 days of their start date, we find you a replacement free of charge.

How it starts

The clock starts on their first day. Tell us within the 28 days and we reopen your brief straight away.

What you get

A fresh set of candidates, built from what did not work the first time, with no second fee.

Fine print

[YOUR GUARANTEE TERMS, for example: one replacement per placement, invoice paid on time.]

INTERVIEWS

We organise the calls.

Tick the people you want to meet. We book the time with both sides and send the invites, so you are not chasing calendars.

One click to meet

Mark a candidate as "I would like to meet" and we take it from there.

Prepared on both sides

Candidates get your brief and context. You get their profile and our notes before the call.

Second rounds too

Need a technical round or to meet the team? We line those up the same way.

VETTING

Only the best get in.

Joining is free for talent, but getting accepted is not automatic. Every person in the pool has been reviewed and interviewed.

A detailed application

Questions change by discipline, so engineers, designers, PMs, SEO and strategy people are each asked what matters for their work.

Screened, then interviewed

Applications are screened for evidence of real work, then the strongest are interviewed by us.

Kept current

Talent keep their availability, rates and skills up to date, so the ten you see are ready to talk.
